This book can help you to heal and overcome areas of your life that may need to be addressed to move forward in living a life of trauma, grief,chaos, tragedy, to pure joy and happiness. It was easier for me to write than to cope with it and just deal with the situation. It allowed me to see the picture for more than what it was and sometimes it allowed me to control my feelings and think before reacting. These poems truly inspired me and helped me to become the woman I am today and my hope is that it will help someone else along the way as well.
