This book is for anyone – student or professional – who finds reading Sections difficult. It began as a class presentation I created for students requesting an explanation of how I, as a tax attorney and professor, read Sections. The presentation – “How I read and interpret Sections” – was an immediate success that I improved and repeated each year, and which became the First Edition of this book. This is the Second Edition.
