The Assets Within, Part I Awareness

A life in recovery isn't guaranteed to be easy but it is rewarding each time a new challenge is overcome. Looking at myself and changing old behaviors, habits, copying mechanisms and defense mechanisms is not easy but with action and a solution, change is possible. This is my account of some of my deepest personal challenges and how doing the real inner work has changed my life for the better.
