The Bag O' Bones

Ivan and Peter return to the infamous West Forest to attend a Transition Ceremony with the Wolflord clan. The barbaric ritual changes werewolves into men. Peter can't bear to see his friend, Davaan, suffer in the Hot Shed, so he leaves the festival. To distract the people from Davaan's howling, they crown Ivan king during the pageant along with his selected queen. Who will she be? The crowd is entertained with a jousting match between two Wolflords. Ivan watches with great interest while holding his revered queen's delicate hand.
