the Bloodmark of Fallen (BOOK ONE): A Dark Vampire Romance Blood, Fate, and Forbidden Desire

Her blood has carried his lost name since before she was born. Mara Ellison restores ancient manuscripts for a living. She knows how to handle brittle pages, forgotten languages, and dangerous secrets. But when she cuts her palm on a forbidden medieval codex, its dead ink comes alive-and writes the name of Lucien Vale. Lucien is no ordinary vampire. Once a celestial warrior, he was betrayed, stripped of his wings, and transformed into the Black Seraph. He arrives at Mara's museum intending to destroy the codex before it reveals the truth about his fall. Mara has another reason to fear him: she believes Lucien murdered her father. When winged assassins attack and a secret order begins hunting her, Mara has no choice but to accept Lucien's protection. Every answer draws them deeper into a conspiracy written in blood. Every touch awakens something neither of them can deny. Lucien may be the monster Mara has spent her life searching for. But he may also be the only man capable of keeping her alive. And the closer they become, the more dangerous her blood becomes to them both. The Bloodmark of the Fallen is Book One of The Bloodfallen Covenant, a continuous dark paranormal romance series intended for adult readers.
