the Book of Jubilees Explained: Lost History Early World, Patriarchs, and Heavenly Tablets: 2

For centuries, readers of Genesis have sensed something missing - gaps in the story, mysteries left unexplained, and ancient questions traditional commentaries never answer. The Book of Jubilees fills those gaps with breathtaking clarity. Preserved for over a thousand years in the Ethiopian Orthodox Church - and confirmed by the Dead Sea Scrolls - Jubilees is one of the most important ancient texts in the world. Yet most people have never read it, and fewer still understand its staggering implications for the early world, the Watchers, the giants, the patriarchs, and the origins of sacred law. In this accessible, deeply researched guide, Eddie Eason takes readers inside the text that early Christians and ancient Jewish communities treated as scripture. Drawing from Ethiopian tradition, Second Temple scholarship, and the Qumran discoveries, this book reveals: Why Jubilees was preserved in Ethiopia but suppressed in the West How it expands the stories of Adam, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob What really happened with the Watchers and the birth of the giants Why Jubilees insists the Law existed before Moses - written on Heavenly Tablets How its 364-day calendar unlocks the structure of sacred time What the text prophecies about the Messiah, the final judgment, and the last Jubilee Whether you are a student of the Bible, a seeker of hidden history, or someone who simply knows the official story is incomplete, this book will change the way you see the early world forever. Read and referenced across the Ethiopian Diaspora (ዲያስፖራ) worldwide, this foundational volume is used by readers in Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, Australia, India, and South Africa who seek clear, accessible explanations of the Ethiopian Orthodox biblical tradition. As the anchor of the series, it provides essential context, historical grounding, and academic clarity for students, researchers, and lifelong learners exploring the ancient canon and its place within global African Christianity.
