The Builders Code

I wrote this book because most "how to get rich" content online is either pure motivational noise with no specifics, or it quietly implies that copying a billionaire's habits will produce a billionaire's outcome. Neither is honest. The entrepreneurs in this book succeeded through a combination of specific, learnable decisions and circumstances - timing, access, luck - that no book can hand you. What I have tried to do instead is separate the two: to show you, with real dates and real numbers wherever they are publicly documented, what these founders actually did - and to be equally honest about the parts of their success that were not replicable, and in some cases, not without controversy. If you take only one thing from this book, I hope it's this: every story here started with a narrow, testable bet, not a grand unshakeable vision. Start narrow. Test quickly. Let the evidence, not your hope, tell you whether to go bigger.
