Julie Travers and her family moved from Cincinnati to Nashville in the 1960s to allow her father to accept a job as Financial Manager at a local bank. Upon graduation from high school, Julie is hired by the same bank as a teller. Once there, she meets the Branch Manager who becomes her close friend and eventual love interest. When her father appears to be involved in illegal activities that have caught the attention of the FDIC and FBI, she enlists his help to prove her father's innocence.As the story unfolds, it becomes clear that the crimes are not confined to Nashville but reach much further into the Southeast.
