Subzero temperatures were on their way, but that was no deterrent to the current occupants. In the upper courtyard, wrapped in heavy winter cloaks, sat a most unusual group of four: an Ogreblood Bandruí, a Southern Troll, and two Elfblood Druids, more human than not. The Bandruí was the last to arrive at the bonfire, and her mount was still covered in sweat. Nearby, a group of Trollbloods strained to eavesdrop. Their future was about to unfold.
