Beneath the surface hides a different story and when she meets prickly Evangeline, she understands her pain far more than she lets on. The women try to cling to the hope and joy they find in each other as they battle their inner demons and exhausting family. But how do you let go of a past that has shaped you so profoundly? A thought-provoking sapphic romance layered with darkness and light that asks: how much is love worth fighting for? This second book in The Mystic Harbor Series.
