I strive to present, without conflict, numerous crossed perspectives on a fact experienced by all young people as a ritual. I transform it into an academic research object, generating a relevant space of expertise in Cameroon to better grasp the decaying cultural norms and values in Cameroon. The work does not only aim to provide an assessment of educational problems in Cameroonian society; it proposes the study of new solutions through scientific plurality. It provides elements for reading an anthropology of educational support. It is an incisive and innovative approach that proposes a holistic and multidisciplinary perspective. Young people are alone. They are neither supported nor valued but endure daily reprimands. Refusing to be mere "photocopies" in a society that seems to have turned its back on them, they take offense and contest the dictates of previous generations. In this era of uncertainty, values are shattered and solidarities weakened (Cauchon). And when the pubertal crisis occurs, they take serious risks, leading to the violence that makes newspaper headlines.
