Bol In the first chapter, we explored the social meanings of the theme of social conflict. In line with sociological theory, we investigated the forms of implicit conflict in selected novels (chosen according to specific criteria), along with its mechanisms and actors. Since socio-critical reading does not merely ask how the text incorporates these themes, we also worked on interpreting the ideological and aesthetic dimensions of this discourse. In the second chapter, we addressed the problematic of representing the Other in the novelistic social world. We selected the character of "the Jew" and asked whether this representation aligns with the popular imagination. The third chapter focused on the nature of religion and the manifestations of religiosity in the novelistic social world, with an emphasis on the reference points underlying this vision. The fourth chapter was devoted to an issue no less important than the previous ones: money and wealth. We explored its expression through various forms folk tales, proverbs, legends, and films in order to determine whether there is a coherent vision and whether it aligns with the dominant societal tendency of money worship.
