Bol This research is being carried out to examine the contribution that procurement practices has on service delivery, the case of CENAME Yaoundé a para-public institution that deals with medicines and pharmaceutical products. The research covered the clients of CENAME in the city of Yaoundé and focused on competitive bidding, demand forecasting, framework agreements and electronic procurement as practices under review. The effect of COVID 19 and its impact it had on international supply chain and CENAME dealing with essential products was adversely affected and thus the researcher sort to find out the effect it had on service delivery and if the aforementioned practices have an impact on service delivery. A descriptive research design was adopted, the researcher made use of both primary and secondary data source. Data was collected via a survey questionnaire style from a sample size of 40 respondents purposively selected Using Yamane¿s formula due to their knowledge about the subject matter. Data was presented with the use of tables and frequencies and analysed with the use of SPSS version 26.
