The Dark and Light side of Me

This book is both a biography and a guide to self-healing. I share my true story, which includes the trauma and difficulties I've had in my life since I was a child, as well as the reasons I engaged in self-destructive behaviors for a long time. In this book, I share my story of how I overcame everything that life threw at me, reshaped my life from nothing, and ultimately triumphed over mental health challenges like anxiety and depression-all without resorting to pharmaceuticals. It was through the study of psychology, I gained insight into my mental health, and spirituality helped me heal from it all, and my recovery was facilitated by my unwavering faith in both myself and the divine. I am now sharing my story and experiences in the hopes of helping others achieve the same.
