The Forest: Place Where Every Creature Belongs

Some creatures spend their whole lives searching for where they belong. The wisest discover they belonged all along. In the heart of Barbee Forest, every creature has a gift but not every creature can see the gift within themselves. Rhyn, a gentle young turtle with a beautiful voice, is learning to carry the grief of losing the grandmother who always believed in her. Mosys, a young squirrel raised by a loving raccoon, struggles with rejection and wonders whether he truly belongs anywhere. With the wisdom of Carlos the owl and the friendship of the creatures around them, Rhyn and Mosys begin a journey toward courage, healing, and self-acceptance. Along the way, they discover that being different is not a mistake and family is about far more than looking alike. The Forest: The Place Where Every Creature Belongs is a warm, faith-filled animal adventure about friendship, grief, chosen family, kindness, courage, and discovering the gifts placed within us. Because sometimes the place we spend our lives searching for has been waiting for us all along.
