The Gift of Not Knowing: Authority and Alignment

Authority is not something we achieve-it is something we receive through alignment with God.Many believers desire greater spiritual authority, yet few understand where true authority begins. It is not found in position, personality, gifting, or influence. It begins in surrender. It grows through obedience. It is preserved through humility. And it endures only when it remains aligned with the One from whom all authority flows. In Authority and Alignment, Pastor Jose R. Perez concludes The Gift of Not Knowing trilogy by exploring the biblical architecture of enduring authority. Building upon the foundations of relationship and surrender established in the first two books, this final volume reveals how God forms trustworthy servants whose lives reflect His character before they ever exercise His authority.Through careful biblical teaching, thoughtful reflection, and decades of pastoral experience, readers will discover how God develops spiritual maturity through surrender, stewardship, perseverance, judgment, inheritance, and ultimately the unshakable Kingdom of Christ. This book explores:¿ Why authority always begins with submission¿ The relationship between surrender and spiritual maturity¿ How God prepares His people for faithful stewardship¿ The dangers of pride, independence, and misplaced authority¿ Why endurance matters more than outward success¿ The believer's eternal inheritance and reward¿ The glory of alignment under the reign of Christ¿ What truly remains when everything temporary has passed awayRather than pursuing power, this book invites readers to pursue faithful obedience. Rather than seeking prominence, it points toward permanence. It is a call to a deeper walk with Christ-one marked by humility, wisdom, perseverance, and complete dependence upon God.Whether you are a new believer, a ministry leader, or someone longing to grow deeper in your relationship with the Lord, Authority and Alignment offers a biblical, thoughtful, and encouraging invitation to live under God's perfect authority and experience the lasting peace found in complete alignment with Him.
