Agriculture plays a crucial role in Rwanda's economic development, contributing significantly to employment, food security, and exports. As the results shows challenge, the country has been battling to adopt new incite. This study examines the impact of managed integrated agriculture business on farmers' perceptions and its role in enhancing agricultural development and export growth, with a focus on the National Agricultural Export Development Board (NAEB) in Rwanda. As a case study, The research explores how key components of integrated agriculture such as technological interventions, managerial practices, market access, input availability, and extension services influence farmers' adoption of modern farming methods and their contribution to national economic growth. The results indicated farmers adopted to those practices but findings suggest that efficient policy alignment, strategic marketing, and perception management significantly shape the success of integrated agriculture business models.
