On the eve of the government policy to add drugs to the water to stop smoking, circumstances force him to confront his feelings for her, as they begin to enjoy each other’s eroticism, becoming more and more explicit throughout one day. How will Jay in his wheelchair deal with these situations with his anxiety? And will Sarah from the office offer him any solace while he tries to avoid attention from the gangs, and as he attempts to enjoy his last cigarette?
