The last employee: voice that never stops speaking

Lillo left Messina for America with a promise: to return soon. But time passes, a new life takes shape far away, and "soon" becomes a word he repeats without ever being able to keep his promise.- The last human employee in an AI office- Houston, skyscrapers, and endless highways- Vera, the only voice that keeps him company- A project that becomes a bridge between two worlds- Eight years of waiting, phone calls, and promises- The return to Messina, the sea, and his reunited familyWhen the project he's been working on for years is approved, Lillo can finally return to Sicily. He'll see his sister again, the nieces and nephews he's never met, his grandmother turning 100. He'll see his sea again, the Strait, the mountains of home. But the sea, as we know, sometimes takes and sometimes gives back.Because there are voices that never stop speaking.
