The Last Thing She Told Me

It was the month of June, the heat was at its peak. I had to travel to work. At the platform I was waiting for the train to Bhubaneswar. I was getting irritated by both the heat and the crowd. It was half past eight and the train was about to arrive any moment. There was a lot of commotion on the platform, coolies and hawkers were running here and there, soldiers carrying heavy bags on their shoulders were going towards their coaches, some people were eating and drinking comfortably on the platform.
