the Lie of Patriarchy: How a Blip in Time Erased Mother World

For most of human history, the Mother was sovereign. Then someone erased her and called it civilization. Patriarchy is not evolution, it was intentionally installed. The Lie of Patriarchy: How a Blip in Time Erased the Mother World argues that patriarchy is not humanity's natural order. This is not a book that lets men off the hook, and it's not a book that pretends the last several thousand years of human history were natural or inevitable. Humans were not built for domination, they were trained into it. This book calls for the full and rigorous acknowledgement of the feminine, female and women as the primary drivers of civilization. Not as a myth or footnote, but as a fact. Patriarchy is a recent, fabricated interruption in a much older story. It was a deliberate overthrow of the Mother, a political act, sanctioned by religious authority, and quietly protected over centuries by scholarly bias that treated the coup as the beginning of civilization. Drawing on archaeology, myth and the buried record of goddess-centered cultures, this book traces how a temporary rupture in human history rewrote itself as inevitability. From the sacred cities at Sumer, where Enheduanna, history's first named author, was written out of the record she helped create, to the global comparative evidence for matriarchal societies, and even to the cosmological forces that ancient cultures may have encoded in their myths of chaos and order, this book reconstructs what was lost, and what has been deliberately buried. This book attempts to answer what happened, to whom and what made it possible? And most importantly, how are humans still feeling the effects of that takeover today? This book is for anyone who has ever sensed that something just isn't quite right about our world, that something foundational was missing, and wanted the receipts.
