Michelle Moroney, life coach and owner of The Cliffs of Moher Retreat, has been facilitating retreats for over 15 years, and has recognised the desires that connect us all. We want to be happy. We want to feel better. We want to get the most out of life. And we don’t want to feel held back. To live a whole life we need to flourish mentally, physically and emotionally.
