Bol "The Meaning of the Disaster" by Constantin Zureiq is the first study of it's kind, studying the Nakba from the man who coined the term The Nakba. Zureiq mainly focuses on the failure of Arab states to protect against the ethnic cleansing of Palestine, calling to attention their cowardice and calling for correction. His words continue to ring true as the colonizer displaces Palestinians to this day. The Nakba or "Catastrophe" was a horrific expulsion of hundreds of thousands of Palestinians being expelled from their historic homeland by colonizers with genocidal intent. Zureiq is a Syrian Historian who focused on Pro Palestinian writing and action.
