THE MERCIES OF DAVID

What if one of the most important biblical covenants has been overlooked?King David is widely remembered as the shepherd who defeated Goliath and became a great warrior and king. Yet his most enduring significance lies in God's covenant with him, a promise concerning David's house, his seed, the coming Messiah, and the establishment of God's kingdom. The Mercies of David examines this vital connection through an extensive collection of passages from the King James Version and the Douay-Rheims 1899 American Edition. Drawing from both the Old and New Testaments, the book explores: - God's covenant with David- The promised Seed and the coming Messiah- The relationship between the Abrahamic and Davidic covenants- Israel's scattering, captivity, and promised deliverance- Salvation, prophecy, judgment, and the kingdom of God- The faithful mercies promised to David's houseWritten for readers willing to approach Scripture with humility and an open heart, this book challenges commonly accepted teachings and encourages readers to examine biblical truth for themselves. The Mercies of David is not intended to replace or supplement the Bible. Instead, it serves as a Scripture-centered guide to passages that are often overlooked, connecting them to reveal a powerful biblical message about David, Israel, the Messiah, and God's everlasting covenant.
