He is also known for leadership training, community transformation work, and ministry to youth, students, and the needy.Dr. Kitcher serves as the Republic of Ghana's Honorary Consul to Ukraine and currently pastors the International Baptist Church in Bremen, Germany, where he lives with his wife and three children.
