The Mystery of Death

Many of us think about the "mystery of death" it seems very scary and sometimes becomes fearful! Maybe it's because none of us know for sure what happens when we do die because no one has come back from the dead and told us what to expect! If you spend a lot of time and energy worrying about death, then you don't enjoy life. None of us really know when your date of death will be so why not enjoy life to its fullest and forget about the death part! There have been millions of people around the world that have had near-death experiences, and they all have described their experience when they were technically dead, and their descriptions are remarkably similar. All of us at some point in life must face the grieving process and the more you understand about the process of grieving you will know what to expect when it happens to you. Laugh with friends, love hard, play hard and don't underestimate the power of a smile, a listening ear, a touch, a compliment, or the smallest act of caring.
