After the Berlin Conference and years later the Independence Days in Africa, the Organization of the African Unity (OAU) suffered terribly under the cruelty of political and ethno-religious troubles, even racism or ethno-centrism etc..... To notice that, some of these phenomena were tackled by the AU even its predecessor (OAU) but despite all their efforts, both of them failed or are very far from reaching their goals. Thus, a question of a paramount importantce needs to be raised that is to mean : how both of them have succeeded to resolve some of these conflicts but failed to bring drastic measures on others?
