The Camino de Santiago, also known as the Way of St. James, is a network of pilgrimages leading to the shrine of the apostle Saint James the Great in the cathedral of Santiago de Compostela in Galicia, Spain. This ancient pilgrimage route truly welcomes everyone, regardless of age, background, gender, ethnicity, religion, or physical ability. This book is intended to welcome an important group that is often overlooked, our children. These stories of the Camino will share with the children many aspects about the pilgrimage, including history, traditions, towns and villages, cathedrals, albergues, food, and much more. Intended to be read to the children by their loving adults, this book is at a reading level appropriate for a second-year reader.
