Recruitment Agency is a paramount novel about emigration in England, in the beginning of the 21th century, when the country was in the EU and the rummaging for UK was tremendous. The novel's background is the recruitment labour, and special the recruitment agencies. The first one is Green Recruitment, which acquires its own fleet of minibuses, the worker Karl starts to be a driver (of the agency workers), and everything happen to him, good and bad, being especially the target of envy and jealousy. There is also some cultural clashes and many romantic poetry. At the end Karl comes back to the inicial harsh chicken factory and again starts to look forward.
