This study analyzes the role of Chadian entrepreneurs in the educational sector, their strategies, and the challenges facing the system's governance. Based on a qualitative approach combining literature review (MENPC Statistical Yearbook 2024-2025, MESRSFP Statistical Yearbook) and semi-structured interviews with a sample of 40 individuals, it identifies a diverse range of actors (necessity-driven entrepreneurs, opportunity-driven entrepreneurs, and institutional actors) who employ strategies involving innovation, advocacy, and partnerships. Their actions contribute to access to education but pose challenges in terms of regulation, equity, and sustainability, calling for stronger public-private partnerships.
