the Sapphire Dragon of Lost Horizon

The story follows seventeen-year-old Kaelan Vey, a young scholar obsessed with uncovering the truth behind ancient legends, especially the mysterious tale of the Lost Horizon and the Sapphire Dragon, Aurelion, a legendary creature said to hold the power of the heavens and awaken when the fate of the world is at risk. Living in the quiet village of Eldergrove, Kaelan spends his days studying forgotten maps, lost journals, and ancient writings that suggest the Lost Horizon is not a location but a doorway between worlds. When his friend Lyra Ashwyn discovers a glowing sapphire crystal marked with a dragon symbol near the forbidden northern cliffs, strange events begin to unfold, including a dragon-shaped constellation appearing in the sky and an ancient roar echoing from the mountains after a thousand years of silence. As the prophecy of the Sapphire Dragon's return begins to come true, Kaelan discovers that the dragon's awakening is connected to him, forcing him and Lyra to uncover the secrets of the Lost Horizon, the forgotten history of Aurelion, and the dangerous truth behind why the legendary guardian has chosen him.
