Valeria Santamaría has devoted her life to listening to the pain of other bodies. As a physiotherapist, she recognizes tensions, scars, and old contractures; but she does not know how to read the silent language of her own life. Married to Carlos and trapped in a calm that no longer sustains her, she begins speaking again with Andrés, her old friend and a love suspended in time. When she leads him to believe she is separated, the lie seems small, almost necessary. But the body does not accept what the voice keeps silent. Then the fire begins: a heat rising from the base of the spine, tremors that do not obey the will, a knot in the throat, and brief visions like flashes of lightning behind the eyes. While others try to name her crisis from fear, Valeria must discover whether what is moving through her is an illness, a rupture, or a brutal form of truth.
