the Shadow: International Slap in Face, Cosmocratic Sham: From Imperialist Monocracy to Multicratic Community

The work highlights, and subjects to critical scrutiny, the operating mode of planetary subjugation set up by the imperialist, colonialist, slave-owning, rascist cosmocracy in its navel-gazing ambition for universal hegemony: Obombrement. The pernicious practice of weak states' sovereignty being vampirized by strong states, their existential resources plundered and their historicity derealized. Functioning as a veritable war machine, it makes peaceful international coexistence impossible in a totally obsolete world in need of liberation. To achieve this, critical emphasis must be raised to the pinnacle of the absolute. Multilectism: the radical thought of cosmocratic disobedience, in a state of permanent awakening, assumes all the responsibility required. We need to move from the dominant totalitarian cosmocracy in a unipolar system of global governance to the building of a multicratic international community in a rather multipolar system of world organization.
