The Silence Protocol- Book One

Six months after the completion of The Institutional Record Book 3 and The Varga Foundation Book 3 - with the IIAA established, the Lugano archive formally incorporated, and Marcus Varga's second archive in the permanent collection - Roy Okafor calls all three investigators to the Everglades property simultaneously. Not because the investigation has produced a new threat. Because the investigation is finally complete enough for Roy to show them what he has been building. The Silence Protocol's first book is the convergence of everything: the twenty-two-year archive opened for the first time, its full scope revealed, the three investigators understanding for the first time that they have been working inside a framework Roy built before any of them met each other. The book answers the question the entire universe has been approaching: who designed the framework that made all the others possible - and why did Roy build his archive around the answer to that question twenty-two years ago?
