The Sleepy Meadow: Ten Gentle Bedtime Stories to Help Little Ones Drift Off Sleep

As the sun sets over the meadow, a little rabbit named Pip lifts a warm star-lantern and slips out into the grass - because somewhere, a small friend is having trouble falling asleep. In this first collection of the Goodnight, Little Pip series, eight gentle stories follow Pip through the quiet meadow at dusk: comforting a restless field mouse, tucking a hedgehog under a blanket of leaves, humming a little frog's song softly down to sleep, and more. Every story ends with the same loving goodnight - a soft refrain your child will soon know by heart. These stories are made for the slow, quiet walk toward sleep - written to soothe, not excite. No drama, no cliffhangers: just warm, repeating, peaceful goodnights, with simple, tender illustrations throughout. Read one a night, in a low and quiet voice, and let the gentle refrain become your little one's signal that the day is done. A CarrotPress Bedtime Collection - Ages 3-7
