This Manifesto- Unveiled in 2026, it stands as an act of rebellion against our cultural and moral decline. We are sinking into a political mire engineered by corrupt and irresponsible governments. The mission of art - and of those who still dare to think - is to resist the spiritual decay of the 21st century. The purpose of this volume is to trace a timeline: from the glorious avant-gardes and Surrealism to the cultural impoverishment into which we have been descending since the year 2000. Electronic media, television, the press, and social platforms bombard us with mediocre, commercial, and unaesthetic content. Masterpieces are no longer created.
