However, Snaggles, feeling excluded, unleashes a Sugar Storm that threatens Toothland. As chaos spreads and Toothland falters, its defenders-including Annabelle-work together to restore good dental habits among children. In the final confrontation, Annabelle convinces Snaggles to change his ways, turning him into an advocate for dental care.
