For thousands of years, the Zodiac, and its wheel of twelve signs, has served as a source of mystery and fascination for those seeking insight into the universe and its nature. While its diverse collection of images could appear to be an arbitrary assortment of symbols, the Zodiac has more to offer than it initially suggests. For the first time, this work reveals that overlapping motifs within the Zodiac's symbolism imply that each of its twelve signs represent one of the four elements modified by one of the remaining three, and that the permutations generated this way are arranged in a symmetrical array. Once uncovered, this intricate structure is explored through the lens of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn's philosophy and the writings of the 19th Century French Magician Éliphas Lévi. The resulting piece of modern occultism is equal parts a comprehensive system of astrological magick and a holistic existential framework rooted in the Hermetic Tradition.
