Therapeutic Properties of Peganum harmala Seeds

Peganum harmala is a renowned medicinal plant traditionally used in Iraq and recognized for its wide range of pharmacological and therapeutic effects. This book explores the biological activities of P. harmala and its principal alkaloids, including harmaline, harmalol, and harmine, which influence the central nervous system with effects ranging from stimulation to depression depending on dosage.
