These Are Not Pancakes

This picture book of "These are not pancakes" was written in remembrance of my mom. She would leave pancakes on the stove for my brother and me to eat before she left for work early in the morning while we were still asleep. When we woke up, we would find pancakes on the stove to eat before we dress and take off to school. I believe I will never forget those days how much I loved my mom and how caring she was.My hope for this book is that teachers would enjoy having this book as one of their read-aloud to keep the joy of reading elevated in the minds of their students. Also, parents or anyone that would love to have this book to share with a child.There are many ways to make pancakes. This book would fascinate pancake lovers and motivate them to learn more ways to make pancakes as well as making healthy pancakes that would excite and motivate our children to eat healthy pancakes that taste good!
