Thoughts Recollected in Tranquility Looking Back at Life

There are moments in everyone's lives that remain in the memory, though decades may pass, moments which were very special not only at that time but years later. Many Civil Servants have published their autobiographies, but Dr. Agnihotri's book follows a novel approach. It is not a long account of the years passed by but a series of sketches, some humorous, some sad, some remembered from childhood, others part of an illustrious career.Family life to Politics, happenings in and out of the Parliament, and of course, the event which turned the world upside down for over a year, the Corona Outbreak. It's a time remembered by all. Memories fade fast. Yet here you'll find, carefully documented, a step-by-step rendering of the epidemic, rising to its peak, then slowly ebbing away, leaving the world changed forever. An enjoyable read for those who enjoy non-fiction, readers with similar career paths, and aspiring civil servants.
