Dennis Allen Price may be a meek, unassuming man, but he's also smart. When he's framed for a horrendous crime known as "Shot-Clock" and convicted to a life in prison, he's not about to lay down and surrender. He escapes custody when the plane transporting him to a Supermax prison crashes in a remote area of Colorado and he's the only survivor. The Department of Homeland Security puts a Hound on the case, an advanced mechanical dog authorized to hunt down and execute criminals. Price has to stay one step ahead of the Hound while unraveling the Shot-Clock conspiracy to find out who framed him and why.
