Bol This book explored the impact of climate change on sustainable logistics operations in Cameroon transport company. The main objective was to assess the effect of climate change on sustainable logistics operations of Cameroon transport company in Douala. The specific objectives were to evaluate how climate-induced disruptions, such as route disruptions, increased waiting times, rising fuel costs, and increased transport fares, affect the company's operational efficiency. The research employed a descriptive survey design. The population of the study consisted of logistics and supply chain professionals within the company, with a sample size of 35 respondents, selected using stratified random sampling. Data was collected through structured questionnaires, combining both primary and secondary sources. The model specification was a multiple regression model which included sustainable logistics operations as the dependent variable, while disruption of routes, increased waiting times, rising fuel costs, and increased transport fares were the independent variables. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis.
