TRAUMAS

AFRAID TO LOOK OUTSIDE When Time Stopped Within YouOne day, without fully understanding why, I moved closer to the mirror until I was almost touching it. As I looked from my own eyes into the depths of my own eyes, I was overcome by a deep sense of awe. In that moment, I realized the vastness that exists within us.It was frightening and, at the same time, revealing. To look from the outside in and recognize how deep we truly are - how much we carry: stories, memories, traumas, wounds, interrupted dreams, and feelings we cannot always explain. All of my books were born from supernatural experiences. Each one carries a powerful story behind its message. And this one is no different. This book is an invitation to look within, to recognize your marks, understand your pain, and allow truth to illuminate the deepest places of your soul.Because perhaps trauma tried to define who you are. But healing can reveal who you were born to be.
