TRENDS OF CYBER CRIMES IN BANGLADESH: LEGAL AND ETHICAL ISSUES

Cybercrime is a new and emerging area of concern for technology professionals, business leaders, and heads of government. This research takes a look at the individuals behind these crimes in order to develop a profile and determine emerging trends. Most of the recorded computer crime cases in most organization involve more than individual and virtually all computer crime cases known so far are committed by employer of the organization. Criminals have also adapted the advancements of computer technology to further their own illegal activities. Unfortunately, for those who are uninformed or careless, it may also be a hazardous place. In this book, the author addresses some of the moral and legal dilemmas that may occur when virtual tourists interact with physical locations. The researcher discusses the challenges presented by differences in legislation in the real world and how they lead to issues in the virtual world. In order to prevent harm to the gullible or ignorant, the researcher also talks about how systems that support ethics and incorporate obedience to the law might be developed.
