Trust: A Story of My Holistic Healing Journey Back to Me

TrustA cancer diagnosis in 2020 started me on a journey of deephealing; of re-integrating all the parts of myself I'd learntweren't loveable or weren't good enough to belong. A journeyback to me; of learning how to love and accept all that I am.I'm no longer ashamed of what people might see. I'm proudof my scars and my weaknesses and my imperfections becausethey've lead me to where and who I am today. I'm proud to beme and I'm proud to share my story of my journey back to astate of homeostasis and peace. A place of freedom to be me.I'm sharing my story with the intention of empowering othersto reconnect with their own inner knowing and wisdom sothey can make the right choices for them. I want to empowerpeople to love and heal their whole 'selves' and feel free to bethemselves. I'm not suggesting people don't take medical adviceor follow conventional paths to healing. My intention is toencourage people to reconnect with their whole selves - mental,emotional, physical and energetic bodies - and listen to theinfinite wisdom that is available when we choose to hear it,as opposed to living in fear and feeling we don't have choices.
