Twenty Years of Israeli Innovation: And its Reach Across the World

The scale of development of Israels Innovation products, software, health products and other development exports in the past 20 years is simply amazing. This is from a country about the size of New Jersey. An explanation of the book's purpose and its method. Israel is a country of roughly ten million people that has produced an outsized share of the world's cybersecurity infrastructure, medical imaging devices, air-defence systems and cloud silicon. This preface sets out why that fact deserves careful examination rather than either celebration or dismissal, and states plainly the standard of evidence the book holds itself to when it moves from commercial achievement into contested territory. The single most consequential institution in Israeli technology is not a university or a company, but a signals intelligence unit of the armed forces. This book defines this and many other technologies in 36 Chapters and 238 pages.
