UNFAWNING: Journal I: Letting Go of the Genius Adaptation to Survive So You Can Thrive

This guided journal is an opportunity to reflect and untangle from the beliefs, patterns, behaviors, and why you keep regulating others by shrinking away from your needs to fulfill theirs. The cyclical and thoughtful prompts will assist you in diving deep into your fawning behaviors. You will begin to alchemize your past into a future That you reclaim, grounded in your values, boundaries, and your self-Esteem so you feel safe and connected to your truest nature. We are not just human beings. We are humans being. We are here to embrace our lives with compassion and understanding for the experience and for our humanity to do the best we could, and can, do at the time. Wherever you are in your Unfawning process, this journal is yours to hold space, offer comfort, and allow your process in your own timing. No fixing. No “figuring it all out”. No performing needed.
