Update on Acute Severe Respiratory Infections

Severe pneumonia is a significant problem in ICUs and general medicine. Considering the recent pandemic and increasing interest in new diagnostic techniques, the management of severe pneumonia is transforming, with new antibiotics and non-antibiotic therapeutic strategies emerging. This Special Issue has been provided up-to-date information in this field for intensive care physicians and other clinicians involved in the care of patients with pneumonia.
