Valentine’s Bet

Teresa, a retired WNBA star whose career ended with a devastating injury, lives a quiet life in Seattle until a rainy night brings her face-to-face with Vincent, a supremely gifted but undrafted NBA prospect with a broken jump shot and a stubborn pride. After rejecting her help, Vincent fails his crucial tryout and begs Teresa to fix his game. She agrees only under strict rules: he must abandon his flashy dunks and submit to brutal, relentless training. As Teresa reshapes his body and technique, long-buried pain from her past resurfaces-mockery for coaching men, a career-ending injury, and a dream she thought was lost forever. Vincent soon discovers she is secretly studying his every move, determined to make him a star. But when a viral social media challenge draws hateful trolling and sudden NBA attention, their fragile bond is tested. Just as they begin to fall for each other, a brutal playoff injury, a secret medical condition, and a high-stakes contract threat push their love and careers to the breaking point. What will they sacrifice to win-on the court and in life?
